The Secretariat

The Secretariat shall be headed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and shall consist of such other staff as the Governing Body shall by Regulations prescribe. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) shall ensure that all Official Documents and Records of the BDI are safely and properly kept and shall submit quarterly Reports on the activities of the Secretariat to the Board of Directors.
